High Speed English Learning Center HSELC is certified by the New York State Education Department.  Our teachers are also certified by the state of New York and are dedicated to their work. We teach English in a quarter of the time compared to any other method on the market, and consequently we reduce the cost of studying.

Students can benefit greatly from the attention they get in our school. Classes are small so students can participate fully in their lessons, and their money is well invested.  Students enjoy classes at HSELC because they are highly structured. Students do not waste time tackling complexities for which they are not yet ready. Many people have tried language classes where the teacher speaks, the class is silent, and the students take down notes written on the blackboard.  Students in that type of class find it difficult to concentrate, become bored easily, and as a result learn very slowly. But we engage our students so more is accomplished.
